E-learning vs. Cognitive tools

Differentiation must be made between E-learning and use of computers as cognitive tools.  The infographic below outlines the differences between the two concepts.  At IgniteEducate, we strive for use of computers as cognitive tools, though E-learning is sometimes used to support us in achieving that high level learning.
